Introduction

WorkTalk Log ("we," "our," or "the App") is a private productivity application for recording work communication notes, task changes, follow-up items, and weekly reviews. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how it is stored, and your choices.

Information We Process

WorkTalk Log is designed to keep your data on your device. We do not operate user accounts on our servers and do not collect your work records in the cloud.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following using iOS local storage (UserDefaults and the app documents directory):

• Account credentials — auto-generated local username and password created during Quick Login
• Session state — whether you are currently logged in
• Work communication records — titles, scenes, persons, key points, understanding notes, task changes, follow-up items, mood tags, and status
• Attachments — photos you attach to records (saved as image files on device)
• Voice notes — audio files you actively record for your own memos (saved on device)
• Points balance and usage history — in-app currency balance and redemption log
• Preferences — today's mood tag, free export usage flag, and first-launch initialization state

Data We Do Not Collect

• Contact lists or address book data
• Location or GPS data
• Call recordings or background audio
• Social profile data or public posting content
• Payment card or Apple ID credentials (payments are handled entirely by Apple)

Permissions

The App requests iOS system permissions only when you use a related feature. There are no permission-management toggles inside the App.

Permission	When Requested	Purpose
Microphone	When you tap Voice Note on a record	Record your own quick voice memos attached to work communication records. The App does not record phone calls, meetings without your action, or audio in the background.
Camera	When you tap Take Photo on a record	Capture whiteboards or paper notes for your work records.
Photo Library	When you tap Choose Photo on a record	Attach screenshots or meeting notes to your records.
Notifications	When you tap Set Reminder on a record	Deliver local follow-up reminders for confirmation items.
App Tracking Transparency (ATT)	After first login (system dialog)	iOS may ask whether the App can track you across other apps and websites. Your choice is managed by Apple.

If you deny a permission, the related feature will not function until you enable it in iOS Settings.

In-App Purchases

WorkTalk Log offers consumable Points packages through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Product examples include Starter (735 Points), Essential, Standard, Plus, Pro, and Max tiers.

• All payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card information.
• Points balances are stored locally on your device after Apple confirms a purchase.
• Points may be used for extra records, follow-up reminders, and review exports per in-app rules.

For refund requests, contact Apple Support in accordance with Apple's policies.

Account Management

• Quick Login creates local credentials stored on your device.
• Log Out clears your session but keeps stored credentials for re-login.
• Delete Account permanently removes local credentials, Points balance, work records, usage history, attachments, voice notes, and related app data from your device.

Analytics and Third Parties

WorkTalk Log does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs in the current version. If ATT authorization is granted on your device, Apple's framework may provide an advertising identifier subject to your iOS settings; we do not sell personal data.

Children's Privacy

WorkTalk Log is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Security

Your data remains on your device and is protected by your device's passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and iOS security features. We recommend keeping your device software up to date.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Because data is stored locally, you can delete all App data at any time via Delete Account in the Me tab or by uninstalling the App.
